Series 288A Hot or Cold Water Anti-Siphon Vacuum Breakers prevent the reverse flow of polluted water from entering into the potable water supply due to backsiphonage. It consists of brass body construction (288A) or chrome finish (288AC), chemical resistant silicone seat disc and an atmospheric vent to prevent spilling. Series 288A has a full size orifice to assure pipe size capacity and maximum flow. It is ideal for low flow, non-continuous hot or cold water health hazard installations such as on laboratory equipment. Maximum Pressure:125psi (8.6 bar). |

Series 009 Reduced Pressure Zone Assemblies prevent the reverse flow of polluted water from entering into the potable water supply due to backsiphonage and or backpressure. It consists of bronze body construction (1/4 to 2 in.) or FDA approved epoxy coated cast iron (2 1/2 to 3 in.), two, in-line independent check valves, replaceable check seats with an intermediate relief valve, and ball valve test cocks. Series 009 is ideal for protection of health hazard cross-connections or for containment at the service line entrance. Check with local water authorities for installation requirements. Maximum Working Pressure: 175psi (12.06 bar). |

Series HY42 Non-Freeze Wall Hydrants with Backflow Preventer are used in commercial and industrial applications to provide freeze protection and backsiphonage protection of the external water supply. It is designed to blend with modern architecture. It consists of a brass body construction with chrome-plated brass finish and 3/4 in. hose thread nozzle, 3/4 in. female or 1 in. male IPS threaded inlet connection, replaceable EPDM seat, one-piece valve plunger to control both flow and automatic drain functions, and loose tamper-resistant tee key. Model HY42B comes with a mounting box. Series HY42 provides vacuum-breaker and backflow preventer protection and is ideal in restaurants, schools, office buildings, churches, apartments, motels, stores, shopping centers and industrial building installations. |
